Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO) - What Makes Penny Stocks Such A Great Investment? - Penny Stocks For Beginners

This may appear to be pretty unlikely,, but with the recent craze of people entering into penny stock investing; some common folks have been in a position to pocket serious capital on just one or two trades - obtaining stocks for pennies and selling them for real dollars.

Seems like a bit of fiction or the inner workings of a fantasy stock trading game, but you'd be very mistaken if you assume that this isn't really going on daily. You can find hundreds upon hundreds of companies whose stock has languished at ten or twenty cents (or even at fractions of a penny), that have made very abrupt and volatile rises to levels that are 2, 3 or as high as 10 to 20 times that price in just a few days.

Don't believe me? It takes only a minute to research one of the common occurrences in the penny stock market - Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc.. (SNPK). Once you type in that ticker into your favorite financial site, Take a look at their historical charts for the previous 90 days or so; you will see that the company was riding at a pretty unremarkable $.43 a share close to the middle of March, and reached as high as .40 in only a couple weeks. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that if we'd invested 0 it would've increased to close to 00 in just a couple weeks time. Because of this , everyday many people are able to afford to leave their jobs and just trade one or two penny stocks a month, while being able to pay all their bills and live easily.

By performing a little due diligence, you can make excellent profits from penny stock investing; and it doesn't take the long term investing that you commonly have to be prepared for when you invest in your standard blue chip stocks. The big stock investors can get a %5 rise in a week's time ( This is a wonderful week for them), but if you've only got 0 to commit - getting in a week is probably not cause to jump up and down... best you can do with that kind of gain is go to a movie... by yourself!

Much like with almost every investment, even penny stock investing has risks, but think of this: if you can invest $500 in a penny stock and potentially turn that small investment into thousands within weeks (and I don't mean 52 weeks) - the risk/reward ratio weighs incredibly in your benefit. However, you could invest in nice "safe" blue chip companies and possibly see a gain of a couple hundred bucks a year.. that's if you don't invest in top of the line blue chips like Tyco, Enron or Adelphia...lol.

As a matter of fact, right now, we are looking a company known as Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO). This particular stock went from dormant to trading over 1 million shares as of last Thursday. The price remained constant all day on Thursday, even with the heavy trading (staying at $.10 per share), but then on Friday -things started to improve ( the stock closed at $.135 - a 35% gain in One day). As of this writing, the stock is continuing to climb today (7/23/12) climbing to just under $.15 per share. The beauty of this company is that it has basic principles; a good team, good product mix and revenue!
